Hi! My name is Joel Vinciguerra, founder of ClearView Career Coaching. Before diving into my mission statement, please see my professional credentials below:

• 2020 graduate of Houghton University, with a B.S. in Business Administration and Integrated Marketing Communications.

• 5+ yrs. in client/customer service roles. Currently a fully-licensed Life, Accident & Health, and Employee Benefits broker.

• Goodwill® Career Coach and Navigator Certification (ICF-accredited)

• MBA candidate.

I created ClearView Career Coaching with a purposeful mission to help young professionals unlock their potential in the chaotic, unpredictable world of finding their career, passions, and purpose. I also wanted to create a relatively affordable option, compared to the current market rate for career coaches.

In a world where internship opportunities are limited, and job placements (and let’s be honest, good first jobs) are even more difficult to find, having a stable, career-positive position is more important than ever. If there were only a way to get a head start on the competition…

The purpose of ClearView is to foster an appetite for successful client service, handling your workload, and finding that key balance between a job success and job passion. These qualities will translate across a variety of industries. A servant mindset and respectable work ethic are vital.

Additionally, it is important to prepared just as much it is to be professional. I offer an option that explores resume tailoring, interview prep, and preparation for the new career journey that lies ahead.

Whether you are in supply chain, insurance, marketing, customer service, or in-between industries, the concepts are similar. There are clients & customers, products & services, and those who play the middleman. Owning that role (the latter) and owning it well is the key!
